Shopping with Your Uniform Shop is easy.
Our Schoolwear
Essentials categories are separated according to seasons Summer
& Winter, then whether it's worn on the top
ie. shirts, polo
shirts, jumpers, etc or on the bottom ie. shorts, pants, skirts,
etc. We don't have a different section for boys and girls as
many of our items are unisex or clearly marked in the description
as 'girls skirt' or 'boys shorts', for example. Our School-specific
catalogues often include a 'Sportswear & Accessories' section.
We've made each step of the ordering process as
easy as possible
with clear button instructions like 'Buy Now!'
or 'Add to Cart' and 'Remove'. Try to read the instructions in
the shopping cart as well,
as this will remind you about important
steps like
choosing a delivery method.
FOR SCHOOLS IN OUR NETWORK
Follow these steps if you are part of our school network :
| 1. Find your school in the drop-down
list on our home page; |
| 2. Go to your school-specific uniform
pages which have item pictures and descriptions; |
| 3. Follow the on-screen instructions
to create a shopping cart of the items you wish to purchase
online; OR print off the general order form to fill out by
hand and send to us with your cash, cheque or credit card
details by post, collection box at school, or fax; |
| 4. If you want to order online,
continue to the checkout page on the Secure Server and follow
the onscreen instructions to finalise your purchase by selecting
payment options and delivery method. |
| 5. Delivery is FREE to the school;
or to a private address for an extra Australia Post fee. Please
add your preference as a separate item in your shopping cart. |
FOR 'SCHOOLWEAR ESSENTIALS' SHOPPERS
Anyone can purchase items online from our
Summer and Winter Schoolwear Essentials catalogue:
| 1. Go to the 'Essentials' pages
to view pictures and descriptions of the items; |
| 2. Follow the on-screen instructions
to create a shopping cart of your order; |
| 3. Continue to the checkout page
on the Secure Server and follow the onscreen instructions
to finalise your online purchase by providing credit card
details and providing delivery details. |
PLEASE NOTE: we cannot deliver to your
school if your school is not part of our network. Please provide
a private address for delivery via Australia Post Registered Parcel
Service.
ORDERING OPTIONS
Via Secure Server connection on
Website:
By this method we can take your order any hour of any day. You
will be asked to provide some personal details like name, delivery
address and email address so we can confirm your order (see Privacy
Guarantee). We accept the major credit cards Visa, Mastercard
and Bankcard. You can also nominate to pay with cheque or money
order.
PLEASE NOTE: your order will not be shipped until we have
received your cheque or money order.
Via Phone:
Call us on (02) 9905 2711 between 9am and 5pm Monday to
Friday and 9.30am and Noon on Saturday, and we can take your order
over the phone. Payment can be made by credit card or other arrangements
can be made at the time.
Via Post or Collection Box at School:
You can print out an order form from the website or pick up one
from your school. Fill it out and either post to us or leave in
the secure collection box at your school. Payment can be made
by credit card, cheque, money order or cash
(please don't send
cash in the post, only put in the collection box).
DELIVERY OPTIONS
If your school is part of our network then
we will deliver your order for FREE to your school on a
set day each week, provided your order is received by NOON
the day BEFORE your school's delivery day.
If you would prefer to receive your delivery at
a private address, there is a small charge to send by Australia
Post Parcel Post service.
Deliveries should reach you within
5 to 7working days of your order.
